EPR Launches Natural Greenspace Company (NGCo)
The NGCo provides bespoke site management, from habitat creation, management planning, clerk of works and site supervision, to practical ongoing land management ensuring an appropriate balance between nature conservation and recreation.
With increasing emphasis being placed on the provision of Natural Greenspace as conditions of planning consents for development, both as a means of securing nature conservation interests and providing for recreational requirements, the NGCo expands EPR’s capabilities for our clients in managing land for the long term, using traditional methods of grazing and other rural management, wherever possible.
