Ben Kite made a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Ecology and Environmental Management
We’re delighted to share that our Director, Ben Kite, has been made a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Ecology and Environmental Management (CIEEM).
Fellowship is CIEEM’s highest level of professional membership and recognises those who have made a significant and lasting contribution to ecology and environmental management, as well as to the profession more widely.
Anyone who has worked with Ben will know how much of his career has been spent getting stuck into some of the more complex issues facing our sector. Alongside his work at EPR, he’s been closely involved in trying to positively influence emerging environmental policy and legislation, including as Chair of CIEEM’s Strategic Policy Panel, bringing practical ecological experience into discussions around how policy works on the ground.
It’s something Ben continues to be heavily involved in today, particularly as the planning and environmental policy landscape continues to change.
We’re really pleased to see Ben’s contribution recognised by CIEEM. Congratulations Ben, very well-deserved!
